Use of ConvertDocGoose

ConvertDocGoose provides document conversion tools that may include Word to PDF, PDF to Word, Google Doc to PDF, and Google Doc to Word conversion.

You agree to use ConvertDocGoose only for lawful purposes and only with files that you have the legal right or authorization to use.

Your Documents

You retain ownership of documents that you upload, select, or process through ConvertDocGoose.

By submitting a document for conversion, you authorize ConvertDocGoose to temporarily process that document only as necessary to provide the requested conversion.

Uploaded and converted files are not intended to be permanently stored by ConvertDocGoose. You are responsible for downloading and maintaining your own copies of important files.

Google Drive and Google Services

ConvertDocGoose may allow you to select documents from Google Drive using Google authentication and Google APIs.

Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms and policies. ConvertDocGoose only uses the permissions you authorize in order to provide the requested document conversion functionality.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use ConvertDocGoose to upload, convert, distribute, or process content that is unlawful, malicious, fraudulent, or that violates the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of another person.

You may not attempt to disrupt, damage, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the website, servers, systems, or services used by ConvertDocGoose.

Conversion Accuracy

Document conversion may not perfectly preserve every element of an original file. Formatting, fonts, images, tables, page layouts, scanned content, and other document elements may appear differently after conversion.

You should review converted files before relying on them for important, legal, financial, professional, or other critical purposes.

Service Availability

ConvertDocGoose may be modified, updated, interrupted, suspended, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical issues, or other operational reasons.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

No Warranty

ConvertDocGoose is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the extent permitted by law, no warranties are made regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness, or suitability of the service or converted files.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ConvertDocGoose and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

You are responsible for keeping backups of important documents and reviewing converted files before using them.
